Accomplishment:
I have been handling Social
Science class for Grade X, and Economics for Grade XII more than 80% of
Students scored above 90% marks in the past years.
For the past 5 years, I have
served as a coordinator where I have gained experience in coordinating and
optimizing the learning experiences, curriculum planning and development.
As a
result, I have developed management skills and organization critical thinking
enabling me to effectively coordinate with a varied group of students and staff
Innovations by the Teacher in Teaching and Learning:
The purpose
of the education is not only to make the students literate but also to make
them creative, knowledgeable, think of their own and to meet the workforce. The
success of a student depends on the teacher and the innovative methods which
they incorporate in teaching. The use of innovative methods in educational
institutions has potential not only to improve education but also to empower
people, strengthen governance and galvanize the effort to achieve the human
development goal for the country

Ø Ability to promote and a determination to
develop a culture of thinking for all students in the classroom
Ø Students are allowed to generate their own
ideas about the material they are learning, which enables them to gain a deeper
